Igor Marijuan

Igor Marijuan is one of the most respected and influential figures in Ibiza’s contemporary
electronic landscape. With over two decades defining the island’s sound, he bridges music,
curation, and culture — connecting artists and audiences through emotion, storytelling and
groove.

Currently Music Director of Akasha Ibiza and Ibiza Global Radio, Igor continues to shape the
island’s sonic evolution from both the booth and the programming board. His voice and taste
have become synonymous with authenticity, creativity and connection.
Co-founder and Artistic Director of Ibiza Sonica Radio for more than 15 years, he pioneered a
new way of broadcasting electronic music globally. Today, his curatorial vision extends to
projects such as Akasha, Playground Camp at Burning Man, Adlib Fashion Show, and his own creative platforms NIDO, Supernova, and Pareidolia — events that blend artistry, community and sound across Ibiza, Tulum, Amsterdam, Shanghai and beyond.
As A&R at Truelove Music, he contributes to discovering and developing emerging talent,
nurturing the next generation of producers and connecting them to Ibiza’s global creative
network.

A member of the All Day I Dream (ADID) roster and resident DJ, Igor brings his refined and
emotional style to the brand’s events worldwide. He has also been resident at Woomoon Ibiza, where his approach to music perfectly reflects the island’s free-spirited essence.

His sound travels through deep, organic, melodic, indie and disco landscapes, yet always
returns to the heart of house music. In his sets you can sense traces of each style, fused with
his own identity — warm, human and full of joy. This personal language has become his
hallmark: an intuitive blend of rhythm, emotion and storytelling that turns every performance
into a shared experience.

His musical path has taken him across the world — performing at Burning Man (Playground,
Robot Heart, Pink Mammoth), Tomorrowland, Untold Festival, Creamfields (Argentina & Chile), The BPM Festival (Mexico, Portugal, Costa Rica), ADE – Amsterdam Dance Event, Sonar, Brunch in the Park, Gardens of Babylon, Do Not Sit Miami, and many others.

In Ibiza, he has played in the island’s most iconic venues — Akasha, UNVRS, Pacha, Hï, Ushuaia, Amnesia, Space, and Beachouse — and has been invited to perform at international showcases including the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs Awards. His travels have taken him to Berlin, Montreal, Beijing, São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Zurich, Lima, Dubai, Moscow, Los Angeles, Miami, Milan, Paris and many other cities, always representing the true Balearic spirit.

Through his diverse projects, Igor continues to build bridges between worlds — from the deep intimacy of a club to the vast energy of the desert — creating experiences where music
becomes emotion, and community becomes sound.
